剧情简介：本片述说法国画家萨贺芬的传奇人生。1912年，德国著名收藏家威翰伍德到巴黎不远的小镇桑利斯租住。公寓清洁妇萨贺芬是粗俗的中年女子，常是他人的笑柄。一天，威翰受邀出席房东的餐宴时，看见一幅被丢在墙脚的画作，惊觉画家就是萨贺芬。

Synopsis: Based on the life of French painter Séraphine Louis. In 1912, Wilhelm Uhde, a famous German art collector, rents an apartment in the town of Senlis. The cleaning lady is a rather rough-and-ready woman who is the laughing stock of others. One day, Wilhelm who has been invited by his landlady, notices a small painting lying about in her living room. He is stunned to learn that the artist is no other than Séraphine.
