茨廠街區的女性身影

照片征集活動

 　　茨廠街區，意指介於富都路與馬哈拉惹里拉路之間的區塊：敦李孝式路、蘇丹街、戲院街、茨廠街、漢利格路等。從來，這裡彷彿只是男性的地盤。那些聲名顯赫的歷史人物，那些江湖氣，都與女性無關。
　　女人，難道不存在於茨廠街區嗎？那些攤販、店主、店員、上班族、學生、旅客……或是我們不願直視的乞丐、性工作者、流浪者……都有女性的身影。她們裝點了這個城市角落，撐持著這個老街區的生命。
　　請用妳的攝影機，呈現茨廠街區裡頭的女性。攝影技術不是首要考量，構圖也許舉足輕重，但最重要的是：感動。

主辦單位：月樹 Moontree House

收件期限：即日起至2010年8月31日。

作品主題：以茨廠街區為背景，以女性為拍攝對象，表現這個城市角落的生命力度。

活動規則：
－全人類都可參加，攝影者的性別、國籍不限。
－將攝影作品電腦檔（檔案格式以jpg為佳，檔案大小約1 MB）電郵至moontreehouse@gmail.com。月樹將在活動結束後，與獲選作品的攝影者聯繫，以取得適合印刷的檔案。
－月樹將選出攝影作品若干，標明攝影者姓名及簡介，長期張掛在店內。
－每名中選者可獲贈價值RM 150的禮品包，含書籍、手作雜貨、花茶包、手工餅乾等。
－參加作品須為原創作品，若涉及照片著作權爭議，由參加者自行承擔責任。


Women in Petaling Street Area
Photo Contest

   Petaling Street area is between Jalan Pudu and Jalan Maharajalela, which includes Jalan Tun H. S. Lee, Jalan Sultan, Jalan Panggung, Jalan Petaling, Jalan Hang Lekir and so on. This area looks like a men’s domain for a long time.
   Women never appeared in this area? Look at those peddlers, shopkeepers, staffs, office workers, students, travelers… or those overlooked people like beggars, sex workers, vagabonds… many of them are female. These women have supported the life of this old city area.
   Please use your camera to emerge the women in Petaling Street area. The skills of photography may not be important in this contest. There is only a keyword: touching.

Rules:
-- All human beings can take part. Gender and nationality of participants are not limited.
-- Send the photo(s) (about 1 MB jpg file is welcome) to moontreehouse@gmail.com . Moontree will contact the winners to get the original files for printing.
-- Moontree will choose a few photos and display in café for a long time. The name and introduction of photographers will be printed on.
-- Every winner will be awarded a gift package worth RM 150. The gift package includes book, handmade zakka, teabags and handmade cookies.
-- All photos must be original work by participants. The participants take full responsibility for the copyrights of the photos.
