梁友瑄，任教于新纪元学院戏剧影像系，就读于台湾艺术大学电影研究所，不多产的专栏作者。大学期间开始投入以纪录片为主的影片创作，2008至2009年期间担任“荣光眷影”北、中区纪录片培训课程企划、专案执行、助教兼影片侧录剪接。

Leong Usen is working as a lecturer in Department of Drama and Visual at the New Era College. She is studying master degree in Department of Motion Picture, National Taiwan University of Arts.

内容简介：槟州良好施政与性别平等协会主办、路人甲表演社承办的第一届槟州中学性别平等戏剧比赛于2011年12月4日举行。参赛者为槟州各中学戏剧社或自行组队的12岁至18岁中学生，剧本内容以性别议题为主。导读人梁友瑄为赛会评审之一。

Synopsis: Organized by Good Governance and Gender Equality Society Penang (3Gs) and Neighborhood Performance Group, the 1st Inter-School Gender Equality Drama Competition of Penang had been held on 4th December, 2011. The participants were drama clubs from secondary schools or 12-18-year-old students in Penang. All of the scripts were about gender issues. Our reviewer Leong Usen was one of the judges of the competition.
